The Lake House

With architecture inspired by historic Texas train depots, The Lake House is the crown jewel of the newest neighborhoods in the Cinco Ranch® community. Set along the banks of Spring Lake, the flexible meeting spaces can accommodate intimate gatherings and special events. In the summer months, parties will spill out onto the open verandas to enjoy cool breezes. In the winter, people can cozy around the outdoor fireplace singing songs or roasting marshmallows.


Residents can rent The Lake House for their special events - be it a wedding, family reunion, or child's birthday party.*


CincoLife, a Cinco Ranch community organization, hosts lots of activities in The Lake House including cooking classes, yoga classes, and family art projects.
