Cinco Ranch celebrates 19th birthday with chance to win $1,000 gift card

Opened in 1991, Cinco Ranch is celebrating its 19th birthday in 2010 as the number one community in Houston and Texas for new-home sales, according to the latest data from Metrostudy.

To commemorate this milestone, Cinco Ranch invites is giving away a $1,000 gift card for a shopping and dining spree at LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch. Visitors can register to win between Feb. 13-28 at Simply Cinco, the community’s new-home information center in LaCenterra. No purchase is necessary to win, entry forms are readily available, and each entry has an equal chance of winning.

“It has become a longstanding tradition for Cinco Ranch to celebrate its birthday at the beginning of each year, and to invite home buyers to join in the fun with a special prize,” said Heather Gould, marketing director for Newland Communities. ”For 2010, there has never been more reason to celebrate, as home buyers have looked at our 19-year record of success and made us the number one community in Texas.”

Located at Grand Parkway and Cinco Ranch Blvd. LaCenterra offers a wide array of clothing and gift stores, including Ann Taylor LOFT, Talbots, Eddie Bauer and Gymboree.
